Fabrice Larue has over 40 years of experience in the media, entertainment, brands and content sectors. After serving as Chief Executive Officer of Radio Nostalgie, he met Bernard Arnault in 1996 and was appointed Chairman of La Tribune, Investir, Radio Classique and Fred (subsidiaries of LVMH). In 2000, he founded the investment company FIFL and acquired the CRM division of the Le Monde group (Presse Informatique). In 2007, he created FLCP and in 2008 bought Telfrance, the production company behind the series Plus belle la vie, as well as the CAPA agency. In 2010, he merged Telfrance and CAPA into Newen, also integrating 17 Juin Média to form France's leading independent audiovisual production group. He then developed the international Newen Network, collaborating with Globomedia in Spain, TéVé Media Group in the Netherlands and Belgium, Bavaria Film in Germany and Zone 3 in Canada. In 2014, he created Neweb, a structure bringing together several digital companies, including Les Numériques, Gamekult, CNET and ZDNet. In 2017, he continued Newen's international expansion with the launch of season 3 of the series Versailles, following the success of the first two seasons sold in 135 countries, and the acquisition of the Dutch media group Tuvalu. Since 2020, he has continued to invest in creation and content through FLCP & Associés, now Neology Holding, the reference shareholder of PULLUP Entertainment.

After graduating with a Master of Science in Marketing from EDHEC in 1993, Geoffroy Sardin began his career in the marketing department at Arjo Wiggins Appleton before joining L'Oréal. In 1998, he joined Ubisoft Entertainment, where he held the positions of Sales Director and Managing Director of Ubisoft France. He played a key role in diversifying Ubisoft's brands into non-video game media (animated films, novels, comic books, figurines, etc.). In 2005, he was elected President of SELL (Syndicat des éditeurs de logiciels de loisirs), where he worked to defend the interests of the sector and helped position the video game industry as a major player in the French economy. In 2010, he was appointed Vice President of Marketing and Sales for the EMEA region, ensuring the consistency of commercial and marketing activities in these territories. In 2021, he became Senior Vice President of Publishing for the Ubisoft Entertainment group, overseeing the launch strategies for several iconic franchises, including Rainbow Six, Assassin's Creed, Far Cry and The Crew.

With a Master's degree in Economics from Panthéon-Sorbonne University, John Bert has over 25 years of experience in the video game industry. He joined the group in 2000 and became a minority shareholder. Since 2018, he has held the position of Director of Operations and sits on the Executive Committee of PULLUP Entertainment. He is also a member of the Boards of Directors of SELL (Syndicat des éditeurs de logiciels de loisirs) and Capital Games, an organisation dedicated to supporting video game companies in the Île-de-France region.

An IIM graduate and former employee of Ubisoft EMEA, Cyrille Imbert became CEO of Dotemu after acquiring the company in 2014. Involved in the creative process and game production, he also serves as executive producer and oversees project quality. He has supervised the development of successful titles such as Streets of Rage 4 and TMNT: Shredder's Revenge. In 2021, following PULLUP Entertainment's acquisition of a stake in Dotemu, he also became head of the group's independent division. He has been a director of Capital Games since 2017 and has served as its chairman since 2019.

Philippe Perthuis holds a degree in international marketing (Institute of Technology, Sligo) and a DESCAF (Excelia), supplemented by management training at INSEAD. He began his career in 1991 at Price Waterhouse Coopers. In 1996, he joined the Lagardère group, where he held various financial and general management positions. He became Deputy Director of Management Control at Europe 1, before taking on several management positions at Lagardère Studios. In 2011, he was appointed Secretary General of Lagardère Studios, before becoming its Managing Director in 2014. He is now a member of the Executive Committee of PULLUP Entertainment.

After graduating from ESSEC in 1995, Ahmed Boukhelifa joined Ubisoft Entertainment in 1997 and became a producer on the Rayman franchise. In 2003, after overseeing the launch of Rayman 3: Hoodlum Havoc, he left Ubisoft to join Eden Games, where he worked with the development team on Test Drive Unlimited, voted Best Racing Game of the Year at the 2006 DICE Awards. In 2007, he co-founded the Ivory Tower studio, which he ran for over 16 years, notably developing The Crew franchise in 2014. The studio joined Ubisoft in 2015 and became the publisher's benchmark for online racing games. In 2023, he oversaw the release of The Crew Motorfest, a franchise that now has over 40 million players.

fter graduating from CentraleSupélec in 2002, Aurélien Briand began his career at Ernst & Young, where he worked with listed international groups until 2010. He then joined Technip, where he was responsible for financial performance management. After gaining entrepreneurial experience in the field of composite recycling, he joined Edenred, where he took charge of a wide range of financial responsibilities. In 2020, he joined Ubisoft, where he oversees financial planning, strategic planning and purchasing under the direct responsibility of the CEO, until 2023.

With a master's degree in Human Resources from Sciences Po, Marion Dufour began her career in 2010 with the LVMH group, where she held positions in recruitment and campus management. In 2015, she joined Ubisoft's production headquarters as Human Resources Manager, before being promoted to Director of Human Resources for the mobile games division. In this role, she managed a team of around 1,000 employees spread across a dozen studios in France and internationally for four years.
