Successful applications: our advice
Highlight the strengths of your career
Your career is unique: show it off. Rather than simply listing your skills, illustrate them with concrete examples. What challenges have you overcome? What results have you achieved? A successful project, an innovative idea, a memorable collaboration: these elements help us to better understand your added value.
- Present your experiences in a clear and impactful way.
- Highlight achievements that illustrate your skills.
- Provide context and results to give depth to your career path.
A relevant and impactful portfolio
For creative and technical professions, a well-structured portfolio or Git makes all the difference. More than just a catalogue of achievements, we like to discover how you work: what was your role? What choices did you make? How did you overcome obstacles?
- Select projects that are representative of your skills and relevant to the position you are applying for.
- Explain your approach: from the initial concept to the final results.
- Pay attention to the presentation to ensure smooth and enjoyable navigation.
The soft skills and mindset that make the difference
Beyond technical skills, we attach great importance to curiosity, the ability to collaborate, adaptability and motivation. At our company, mindset is just as important as experience! Demonstrating team spirit and the ability to learn and adapt to challenges is a real plus.
- Talk about an experience where you collaborated effectively to achieve a set goal.
- Give examples of how you were able to quickly adjust to a change or challenge.
- Show how you continue to learn and improve in your field.
