Fabrice Larue has over 40 years of experience in the media, entertainment, brands and content sectors. After serving as Chief Executive Officer of Radio Nostalgie, he met Bernard Arnault in 1996 and was appointed Chairman of La Tribune, Investir, Radio Classique and Fred (subsidiaries of LVMH). In 2000, he founded the investment company FIFL and acquired the CRM division of the Le Monde group (Presse Informatique). In 2007, he created FLCP and in 2008 bought Telfrance, the production company behind the series Plus belle la vie, as well as the CAPA agency. In 2010, he merged Telfrance and CAPA into Newen, also integrating 17 Juin Média to form France's leading independent audiovisual production group. He then developed the international Newen Network, collaborating with Globomedia in Spain, TéVé Media Group in the Netherlands and Belgium, Bavaria Film in Germany and Zone 3 in Canada. In 2014, he created Neweb, a structure bringing together several digital companies, including Les Numériques, Gamekult, CNET and ZDNet. In 2017, he continued Newen's international expansion with the launch of season 3 of the series Versailles, following the success of the first two seasons sold in 135 countries, and the acquisition of the Dutch media group Tuvalu. Since 2020, he has continued to invest in creation and content through FLCP & Associés, now Neology Holding, the reference shareholder of PULLUP Entertainment.

Virginie Calmels is a business woman with an extensive track record in the entertainment industry and an experienced Board Member. Virginie Calmels is founder and Chairman of SHOWerCompany, Chairman of CV Education Company, higher educational establishment in future jobs in the field of digital marketing and creative industry. The first campus of « FUTURAe school » opened in October 2020 in Boulogne Billancourt (Paris’ suburb). Around 200 students currently study in FUTURAe. Virginie Calmels is also Board Member of Iliad (Free) since June 2009, independant Board Member of Assystem since March 2016 and independant Board Member of Ipsos since May 2022. Virginie Calmels began her career in 1993 as a Finance Auditor within Salustro Reydel. She then joined Canal+ Group where she held successively various positions as CFO of NC Numericable, CFO for International and Development as well as CFO of Canal+ SA, before being promoted COO and then Co-General Manager of the French Canal+ channel. She joined Endemol France in 2003 as General Manager, and in October 2007 she is appointed Chairman and CEO of Endemol France. In May 2012 she is promoted COO of Endemol Worldwide Group and remained Chairman of Endemol France, both mandates which she resigned from in January 2013. She used to be chairman of the Supervisory Board of Eurodisney since March 2011 until her resignation in January 2017. She was also independent director of Technicolor from May 2014 to May 2017. From November 2019 to December 2024, she was Chairman of Oui Care’s Strategic Council and Honorary Chairman of Oui Care Foundation combating violence against women and promoting gender equality. In March 2014, Mrs Virginie Calmels was elected in Bordeaux behind Alain Juppé, as first Deputy Mayor in charge of Economy, Employment and sustainable growth, and she was also Vice President of Bordeaux Metropolis and Chairman of Bordeaux Euratlantique EPA. She resigned from these elected mandates in February 2019, after 5 years. She was elected in Nouvelle Aquitaine Region as per 2015 to 2020.

Tanguy de Franclieu has a career as an entrepreneur and investor, particularly in the media and healthcare sectors in France and abroad. After starting his career in consulting at Arthur Andersen, he then was an investor in private equity as a Director at 3i Group (from 1997 to 2004). He became an entrepreneur in 2004, first in the healthcare sector (Foncière Sagesse Retraite) and then in the media and entertainment sector from 2007, when he co-founded FLCP with Fabrice Larue. From 2009 to 2018 he was Managing Director of Newen Studios group (audiovisual production with Newen and digital content with Newen) and actively participated in its development in France and abroad. Romain Heller started his career at Ardian and joined FLCP in 2016 where he actively participated in acquisitions in both audiovisual production and digital content for Newen Studios (Beauté Test, Mayane Group, Tuvalu…). Active in the video game industry from an early age, and solidly established within its community, he brings his strategic vision with a focus on content. He uses his knowledge of the sector for the benefit of the development of FLCP in the video game industry.

Irit Hillel is an expert in the technology industry and is well connected in the start-up and investment community. Irit Hillel is a Venture Partner at HP Tech Ventures, the venture capital arm of HP Inc. An entrepreneur at heart, Irit Hillel has held senior positions within startups and investment firms throughout her career. As Managing Director at Magnolia Capital Partners, she ran the Israel practice of leading technology investment banks Thomas Weisel Partners and Nomura. She also headed the Interactive division at Animation Lab, a 3D animation startup at top-tier Venture Capital fund Jerusalem Venture Partner’s Media Hub. Earlier in her career Irit Hillel co-founded a PC games startup, acquired by Mattel Inc. (NYSE: MAT). She then led Mattel Interactive Europe with a team in 6 countries, bringing to market some of Europe’s best-selling computer game titles. Until recently she was a Board Member at Radcom (Nasdaq: RDCM) and ImageSat (acquired). Born and raised in Israel, Irit Hillel has lived and worked in the U.S, France and Israel.

Tiphanie Lamy has over 20 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions. After spending more than 10 years in the Corporate Finance department of BNP Paribas CIB, where she advised industrial and financial players on numerous transactions in France and internationally, Tiphanie Lamy joined the Newen Studios group in 2016 to oversee acquisitions and partnerships in both audiovisual production and digital content. Since July 2018, Tiphanie Lamy has been Deputy CEO in charge of Acquisitions at FLCP and then FLCP & Associés.

Didier Crespel has over 35 years of experience as a senior financial manager and entrepreneur. He is the President of Crespel & Associates that specializes in business strategy and equity investment. He is also the majority shareholder and President of Mecamen, an industrial group. From 2000 to 2012, Didier Crespel was the Chief Executive Officer of Shapers, an international subsidiary of the Arkk group listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. From 1984 to 2000, he served as Chief Financial Officer and then Chief Executive Officer of Valeo’s German subsidiary, where he supervised financial transactions, as well as several major mergers and acquisitions. From 2013 to 2023, Didier Crespel has been sitting on Ubisoft’s Board as an independent director. He chaired the Audit Committee until 2018 and was the Lead Independent Director from 2016 until 2023. His in-depth knowledge of finance and company’s strategy is a precious asset to help PULLUP Entertainment seize new opportunities that arise. The Board will also benefit from his entrepreneurial mindset and international experience to support the Company’s development. Didier Crespel is a graduate of the EDHEC Business School.
